‘In 2013 IN-FINITUDE prepared a teaching unit for the topic ‘Environmentally friendly entrepreneurship‘ and taught it at EPFL. Thanks to an inventive didactic method and a revolutionary software tool (developed at ETH Zurich’s Chair for Entrepreneurial Risks at the Department of Management, Technology and Economics), students gained the basics skills of entrepreneurship, which enabled them to develop innovative projects themselves.‘
‘IN-FINITUDE was the official innovation partner at the Swiss Green Economy Symposium 2015: „Economically Sustainable Innovations – who are our „Smart Changemakers“? The Symposium is the most multilateral summit of politics, economy, research and NGO’s in Switzerland. IN-FINITUDE drafted the innovation forum „Economy – BIODIVERSITY – Society: an alliance with a future“, featuring top contributors.‘
‘On behalf of the Economic Development Agency of Kanton Zurich, in 2012 IN-FINITUDE developed a data base of all companies active in the field of clean technologies. The objective was to create a comprehensive survey of the competences available on this market and to promote the dialogue with all stakeholders.‘
‘In a sophisticated participative process, students of ETH Zurich have developed projects to reduce both, CO2 emissions and energy consumption of the university. Some groups of students continued their work. In this way several environmental projects resulted from the initial process, namely “WeAct” and “Eaternity” among others. ETH Zurich awarded the ETH Spin-off label to IN-FINITUDE for the design and the implementation of this participative process.‘
‘In 2012 IN-FINITUDE jointly with the Lausanne student association UniPoly, organized a national scientific conference on the issue of “Education for Sustainable Development”. The event was in celebration of UniPoly’s 10th anniversary and attracted more than 120 representatives from all education networks in the country.‘
‘In 2015, IN-FINITUDE was commissioned to support EPF Lausanne in its endeavor to recruit more students for its section “Environmental and Engineering Sciences”. IN-FINITUDE designed the process and new project ideas were developped.‘
‘Employees of three branches of the Zurich Cantonal Bank assisted at a team event on the subject of “Biodiversity” in 2016. The project BioZH, developed by IN-FINITUDE, whisked them away from their daily office tasks and lead them on an exploration tour in the surroundings of their working place. In this way they discovered the biodiversity in unusual places and private gardens of their town.‘
‘In 2011 IN-FINITUDE contributed scientific competencies to the development of the Summit-Foundation’s „Zero cigarette buds” project. IN-FINITUDE designed an in-depth environmental analysis about the effects of discarded cigarette buds, as well as a questionnaire as the groundwork for an inventive communication campaign.‘
‘Employee mobility is often a challenge for employers. IN-FINITUDE advised the “Rafaelschule” in Zurich and arranged the solving the logistical problems by means of a participative process. The results are currently implemented according to the action plan.‘
